This coming Sunday is going to be an awesome worship experience! In addition to celebrating Communion, we will be reflecting on what it truly means to Worship God. It will be the first of three services devoted to our commitment to Worship God, Grow our Lives, and Serve the World. I hope you will make plans to be here! I really missed being with all of you last week and heard the Missions Service was INCREDIBLE!

Next Wednesday and Thursday night, November 10 & 11, we’ll be holding our annual summer 2011 missions informational parent meetings. Each night will be identical in content and will run from 7:00-8:00pm in place of normal SHIFT and ALTÆR. We’ll go over the details of next summer, including all of the who, what, when, where and why questions. We’ll be offering 8 mission trip experiences in 2011, two level 1 mission trips for current 6th and 7th graders, three level 2 mission trips for current 8th graders and above, two level 3 mission trips for current 10th graders and above with previous missions experience, as well as one level 4 mission trip for 11th and 12th graders with previous level 3 experience. We’ll do our best to answer any questions you may have about all of the mission trips at the meeting. Students whose parents attended one of the meetings will be given priority in registration. Space is limited on all of our mission trips this year and will fill on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll also be giving $100 off of a mission trip to one lucky family each night. We hope you’ll plan on being there!
